EDR Systems Privacy Policy - This policy has been updated and is effective as of August 30, 2018.
This Privacy Policy provides information for you regarding the collection, usage and disclosure of your information when you use the services provided by Employment Dispute Resolution Systems, LLC (“EDR Systems”) including this website (www.edrsystems.com, including the Portal, the “Site”), email, and other electronic messages between you and this website or our client portal (the “Portal”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect offline or through other means or information collected by any third party, including through any application, advertising, or other content that may link to or be accessible from the Site.

Retention, Disclosure, and Transfer of Data
Retention
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary for purposes laid out in any agreement between you and us. Information stored on our Portal will be maintained for as long as you (or your employer) are our client or as long as required by law, to resolve disputes, and/or to enforce our legal agreements/policies with you. We will also retain Usage Data for our own internal analysis.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify an individual without restriction.
We will not contact your employees using the information you provide about them in a case through the Portal.
