Our Mission

Most entrepreneurs agree: virtually eliminating employment related lawsuits is an intriguing concept whose time has come. EDR Systems®, LLC, can make this idea a reality for your business, with our exclusive alternative dispute resolution (ADR) systems. This system is especially beneficial since the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and the American with Disabilities Act expressly provide for jury trials in race, sex, and disability discrimination suits. With the constantly changing legal environment, it can be difficult to stay apprised of all the potential employment issues.

At EDR Systems, we design alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs that resolve employee disputes internally and prevent costly and time-consuming jury trials; while enhancing relations with employees. Our clients include a wide variety of businesses of all sizes from national, multi-unit retail operations to single facility manufacturers, to professional firms. Since this program has been in place, many of our clients have seen reduced turnover, an overall improvement in employer-employee communication, and reduced legal expenses.

How It Works

We start by consulting with your organization's senior managers to understand fully the nature and scope of your business. We then recommend an ADR program that will be the most effective and mesh with the culture of your particular organization. Once a plan is agreed upon, we draft all the plan documents and forms for you. We will train your trainers to introduce the program to your employees and make sure that the plan meets the qualifications of the independent arbitration agency you select.

We are available throughout the life of the program to answer questions and provide additional support to your business regarding employment practices issues. We advise your managers about employee relations issues via bulletins, annual webinar, and a toll-free number for questions. We also provide an annual review of your program, recommending modifications to reflect current laws and best practices.
